Flowers Riding the Waves

Every spring I buy flowers to put in my garden. It is nice to have a colorful garden, but it's better to be able to photograph colorful flowers! One of the photos I took of this flower was an up-close shot of half of the flower. I took that photo and blended it with its reflection on water. I liked it and I kept working the image, and I don’t know how, but this is the image I ended up creating. It has a hi-key look to it with the tops of the petals blending into the background.
